Ну что, начал отзываться модуль. Но не на примерах от производителя, на стороннем.
И даже типа включает передачу, но пусто в эфире.

Пришло время даташита на сам чип)

На передачу запустил!
Вот тут важный нюанс, в нем изначально было дело:

Так как осциллятор внешний, то третий байт в команде запуска powerup должен быть 0x01
