JavaScript Bible 5th ed: BONUS CHAPTERS?

Hi,
Maybe you know where i can get JAVASCRIPT BIBLE 5th Edition ebook: BONUS CHAPTERS? This e-book was published this year. I only managed to find JAVASCRIPT BIBLE 5th Edition ebook but there was no BONUS CHAPTERS in it, though in contents of this ebook there are printed titles of these BONUS CHAPTERS. I forgot to mention, these chapters can be found in CD that comes with this ebook, so maybe someone managed to get that stuff made of GOLD

It seems that i have this ebook (the one in your reply), and it is 4th Edition. Also i have BONUS CHAPTERS for 4th edition, though its possible that nowhere in that ebook is mentioned about it
As time passes information amounts about existing web programming technologies increases, accents on different things are mentioned also. So it would be very useful to have up to date literature. I use it very often when working on specific projects, but there is no possibility to buy this book and have it right from the store and all that comes with it By the way 5th Edition BONUS CHAPTERS now contain some new cpaters about objects, that could be called GOLD stuff
Maybe you know some other places to look for it, or someone that knows it? I got to have it!
